Gani Audu Early Life and Education

Born on August 18, 1969, Hon. Audu earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Auchi Polytechnic in 1994. He later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Benson Idahosa University in 2011 and completed an M.Sc. in Intelligence and Global Security at Baze University, Abuja, in 2024.

Hon. Audu served as the elected Chairman of Etsako West Local Government Council from 2004 to 2010. He was also elected as a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, representing Etsako West Constituency 1, from 2015 to 2023.

In 2020, he was the deputy governorship candidate for the All Progressives Congress in the Edo State Governorship elections.
